No more Yearly Resolutions!
Even betterer…Resolve to make resolutions only in the present. Give yourself that present! For example, right now I want to face my fear of the cold and the humidity…I go outside and I go to the local swimming pool at the YMCA!
Contrast that with “This year…I’m quitting smoking!”
…You’ll probably feel bad about breaking that New Year’s Resolution a week or so from now…You’re going to need to light up another one!
Find the courage to face your fears in the Present Moment! Don’t think about it.
